I had a car seat and a dash cam that needed to be removed from my trade. Both were being difficult. Adnan readily accepted the challenge and had both removed by the time I finished with their business office. Overall, he was mindful of my mobility issues and VERY helpful searching both H&H's own inventory and online resources to see that my needs and preferences for my next vehicle were met. There was never any pressure to decide; rather, we had a friendly, helpful discussion over a few days that culminated in my decision to buy. I hope my car-buying is behind me (at least for a few years). When the need eventually arises, I'm going to find Adnan.
