As a Service Advisor at H+H Jeep Dodge Ram, I thrive on assisting our guests with their vehicle needs. I’m a pretty friendly guy, and I really enjoy getting to know people. I aim to keep things straightforward and honest, always updating customers without any pressure. Coming from Omaha, I've got a lot of experience and a strong work ethic. My life outside of work revolves around my amazing wife, April, and our blended family of eight wonderful children. We’re busy, but it's a blessing! I'm a Boys Town High School grad, and a huge Nebraska Cornhusker sports fan – all of them. You can catch me exploring the Sandhills or staying active through F3 workouts, which combines fitness, fellowship, and faith. I'm also dedicated to practicing my faith. I've always believed in treating everyone with kindness and staying humble. I find it easy to get along with all types of people, and I think that helps me in my job. I’m passionate about the automotive industry and find real satisfaction in helping our guests. I enjoy keeping the mood light and being a good neighbor - that's just the Nebraska way! I am always up for a chat about faith, family, and sports.

Very good. Andrew immediately greeted me at my car when I drove in. Shook my hand, introduced himself, and ask how can I help you? Talked about the weather- casual friendly talk. Andrew kept the visit professional but ‘down to earth’. Reviewed the completed work and suggestions made by the service technician. Good experience.

Andrew was great and kept us informed. Our only issue was with H&H process. When we set up the appointment, we were asked if we could get the Jeep to the appointment by 8:15. We rushed and made it happen just to have the Jeep sit and wait from 8 Thursday morning until mid-day Monday before service started. When we asked we were told the appointment time was a drop off time. We would have rated higher, had we been allowed to keep the jeep home until the day it would be looked at.
