I'm a service advisor with eight years of experience, most recently at H+H Jeep Dodge Ram, and I'm from Phoenix, Arizona. I'm passionate about helping people and take pride in making sure customers feel well taken care of when their vehicles need attention. I enjoy the feeling of fixing a problem and knowing the customer appreciates it. My experience, knowledge, and friendly personality help me build rapport, and I've made lasting friendships everywhere I've worked. I was even honored with an Award of Excellence from Berkshire Hathaway Automotive. I’m easy-going, fluent in both English and Spanish, and I love to talk sports – especially anything Yankees. When I'm not at work, I enjoy playing competitive volleyball.

Cris was great! Very detailed and patient with me as I had a million questions about things I have heard online from other jeep owners about their experiences with their jeeps after the battery recall. He also explained to me about the current recall and how that process will work. I will not take my jeep to any other service department! Thank you for the great service Cris!
