I'm a service advisor with eight years of experience, most recently at H+H Jeep Dodge Ram, and I'm from Phoenix, Arizona. I'm passionate about helping people and take pride in making sure customers feel well taken care of when their vehicles need attention. I enjoy the feeling of fixing a problem and knowing the customer appreciates it. My experience, knowledge, and friendly personality help me build rapport, and I've made lasting friendships everywhere I've worked. I was even honored with an Award of Excellence from Berkshire Hathaway Automotive. I’m easy-going, fluent in both English and Spanish, and I love to talk sports – especially anything Yankees. When I'm not at work, I enjoy playing competitive volleyball.

Can not say enough kind words for Cris, He was absolutely AMAZING to work with!!! I had troubles with my insurance company getting the proper paperwork submitted to H&H and Cris went over and above to assist us. After State Farm finally had it straightened out in their system, Cris was quick to get me scheduled in and he proceeded with follow up texts and calls to ensure I was well taken care of. Kudos to Cris and his top notch customer service!!!
