Darnell was great. We worried about buying from a dealership because the salesmen can be pushy but Darnell was nothing like that. He never seemed pushy at all. He was great, answered all of our questions. We found a small issue on our Palisade & he immediately said, I think we can get that taken care of. We didn't take our new car that day but came back to finalize everything a few days later & Darnell had taken it upon himself to get the small issue fixed in the few days we were gone. We so appreciated him getting that done for us. When it came to negotiating on the price he was very willing to go ask the finance department. He said to us there is no pressure if this car isn't the right price for you. He understood we had a price we wanted to spend & if the finance department couldn't meet that, that he could find us something that fit our budget. This was the 1st time my husband and I have dealt with a dealership & a salesman & our worries of having someone pressure us to buy to make a sale was NEVER an issue. We gave Darnell a 10 because he was kind, genuine, and got to know us. We had a really nice time getting to know him. He wasn't just a car salesman selling us a car. We would highly recommend to others letting Darnell help them find a car. We appreciate being treated like people & not just a customer!!
