Gerardo was pleasant and kind. My only complaint is that there was no communication about the vehicle. Every update I received was because I called him. After 48 hours, I called just to see if we had been approved for the repair through warranty because I hadn't heard and the car was finished and ready for pick up. I wondered how long it would have been ready before I got a call. Better communication and Gerardo would be an all star.
