Hi there! I'm a friendly and helpful Service Advisor from Omaha, NE, with less than a year of experience. I'm a valued member of the H&H CDJR Papillion team, known for my warm and communicative nature. My passion lies in providing exceptional customer service and seeing satisfaction on our clients' faces. I'm a hard worker who enjoys bringing laughter to the workplace and getting things done efficiently. Outside of work, I love discussing music, pop culture, and movies. I'm an avid traveler, having visited nearly 30 states in 2024 and Mexico twice. I'm also a creative soul who enjoys sewing and creating fun costumes. I would have liked a little more proactive communication from Jesse. My vehicle was initially estimated to be completed on a Thursday. I did not receive a call that day, so I called on Friday at 2 pm to get an update on the progress. Jesse told me he was "just about to call" which I'm sure is just standard verbiage that all Service Advisors are told to use. At that time, he indicated the techs had found another issue, but that he still thought the vehicle would be done on Friday and he'd call back in a couple hours. I never received a call that day, and did not hear about the status of my vehicle until late Monday morning.
