Hi there! I'm a friendly and helpful Service Advisor from Omaha, NE, with less than a year of experience. I'm a valued member of the H&H CDJR Papillion team, known for my warm and communicative nature. My passion lies in providing exceptional customer service and seeing satisfaction on our clients' faces. I'm a hard worker who enjoys bringing laughter to the workplace and getting things done efficiently. Outside of work, I love discussing music, pop culture, and movies. I'm an avid traveler, having visited nearly 30 states in 2024 and Mexico twice. I'm also a creative soul who enjoys sewing and creating fun costumes. Jesse is literally my favorite service advisor. He's very professional and keeps me in the loop 100% of the time. I've had to bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee in a few times for an extended stay and Jesse has been there with me every step of the way. He breaks bad news to you in the most gentle way and keeps you up to speed on any part delays etc.....

Jesse has been my trusted service advisor ever since I started servicing my vehicle with him. My vehicle is 13 years old, has over 201,000 miles on it and Jesse always asks how I'm doing and how "Big Blue" is doing when I check in with him. Big Blue is the name of my F-150. No matter how busy Jesse may be with other vehicles, he always makes you feel like you are the highest priority. He gives you timely updates, communicates extremely well, and always goes above and beyond in his dedication to the customer. I can't say enough how much I trust Jesse.
